Order Processing
As soon as you click “Submit Order”, a Sing Young representative
receives and processes your order in the following manner:
1. Your items are collected
from our 10,000+ sq. ft. warehouse. Sing Young is one of the largest karaoke
distributors on the West Coast. So you can bet we have what you need in
stock. If for some reason we are out of stock on your item, we will email
you with alternative options such as substitutions, back order, or refund.
2. Once all items are gathered,
the shipping department takes over. Depending on your chosen method of
shipping, your order is packaged and released onto the next UPS truck
or sent to the post office.
3. Tracking numbers are
now available through both UPS and the US Post Office. The difference
is that the US Post Office does not guarantee delivery. This tracking
number is emailed to you from our Shipping Department.
Shipping Options
OPTION #1: UPS (United Parcel Service)
Most orders are shipped by UPS. They have a consistent performance rating
as the most reliable shipper. UPS operates on a “Business Day”
schedule. This means they do not pick up or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays,
nor holidays. The chart below is an estimated time frame of various UPS
shipping methods. Also, please note that UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
UPS Ground: 5 - 7 Business days.
UPS 3-Day Select Air: 3 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air 1 Business Day
OPTION #2: USPS Priority Mail
This is the most economical service with fast service for shipments to
Hawaii or Alaska, International Shipments, or for APO/FPO orders.
